PARENTS PETER AND SARAH SALOMA STALEY? That Magdalena is a daughter of Peter and Sarah Salome is conjecture at this point and needs confirmation. For now, this assumed connection is based on the fact that Peter and Salomoe Ställy are listed as sponsors at the baptism of Peter [namesake?–shb], son of Hans Ulrich and Magdalena, 10 Aug 1766, the child having been born on 12 Jul 1766 (see Peter Ställy’s notes, my Legacy ID 960, for source of this information). –shb 1 Dec 2006
